The specific scope of work for any individual project is defined in a written estimate or service agreement provided before work begins.

3. Estimates and Pricing

Estimates provided by Truegrade Seguin Asphalt Paving are based on information available at the time of the site visit or inquiry. Estimates are not guaranteed final prices. Actual costs may change if:

• Conditions discovered during work differ materially from what was visible during the estimate
• The customer requests changes to the scope after work has begun
• Material or supply costs change significantly between the estimate date and the scheduled work date

We will notify the customer before proceeding with any work that falls outside the original written estimate. Verbal estimates are not binding. Only written, signed estimates or contracts constitute a commitment on our part.

4. Scheduling and Cancellation

Scheduled jobs are subject to weather conditions and crew availability. We reserve the right to reschedule jobs due to rain, extreme heat, or other conditions that would affect material performance or worker safety. We will contact you as soon as possible if a reschedule is necessary.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled work date. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee if materials have already been ordered or crew time has been reserved. Any applicable fee will be communicated to you before it is assessed.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in the written estimate or contract provided for each job. Standard terms require payment upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. For larger commercial projects, a deposit may be required before work begins.

Accounts that are not paid within the agreed timeframe may be subject to interest charges or referred to collections. Truegrade Seguin Asphalt Paving reserves the right to place a lien on the property in accordance with applicable Texas law if payment is not received for work completed.

6. Warranty Disclaimers

Truegrade Seguin Asphalt Paving stands behind its workmanship. Any warranty terms specific to a project will be stated in the written estimate or contract. In the absence of a specific written warranty, the following general limitations apply:

• Asphalt surfaces are subject to environmental stress, including heat, UV exposure, freeze events, and soil movement. Normal wear and cracking that results from these conditions is not covered as a workmanship defect.
• Sealcoating, striping, and maintenance services are considered complete upon customer acceptance. These services do not carry implied warranties beyond the initial application.
• Truegrade Seguin Asphalt Paving does not warrant against issues caused by pre-existing subsurface conditions, improper drainage, or conditions outside our control.

7. Customer Responsibilities

By scheduling a job with Truegrade Seguin Asphalt Paving, you agree to:

• Ensure the work area is accessible on the scheduled date, including clearing vehicles, equipment, and obstructions
• Keep people and vehicles off freshly applied surfaces for the cure period specified by our crew
• Provide accurate information about the property and any known conditions (such as buried utilities or drainage issues) that could affect the work
• Notify us promptly if you believe the completed work does not meet the agreed scope so we have the opportunity to address it

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Truegrade Seguin Asphalt Paving is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from our services or from your use of this website, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of use, or property damage not directly caused by our negligence. Our total liability for any claim arising from a specific job shall not exceed the amount paid for that job. Nothing in these terms limits liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.

9. Website Use
